The motion was seconded by Councilman
Kearney and passed unanimously. CMS10-11 John Knox Church approved.
• CMS10-16 North Olmsted Town Center and CMS10-17 Chick-Fil-A -This
proposal consists of constructing a driveway connection between the Chick-Fil-A
property and the North Olmsted Town Center development. Because this project
will impact two separate parcels under different ownership, both property owners
were required to submit applications. The commission felt this driveway would
enhace safety, particulary on the Chick-Fil-A site. Parking will be modified on
each side of the access drive to accommodate the driveway. The Chick-Fil-A
plans have been revised to remove any new signage, show properly dimensioned
parking spaces and the correct site lighting. The city is in possession of both
applicants' access easement agreements. The BZD committee recommended
approval of this project 3-0.
Councilwoman Jones made a motion to approve CMS10-16 North Olmsted Town Center,
25102 Brookpark Road.
