Solar panels shall be placed such that reflection angles from <br />collector surfaces shall be oriented away from neighboring windows and roadways; and <br />recommended approval of Ord. 2010-10. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Barker and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2010-10 amended. <br />Councilman Kearney, Chairman of the Recreation, Public Parks and Buildings <br />Committee: <br />The Recreation, Public Parks and Buildings Committee met Tuesday, March 23, 2010 at <br />8:00 p.m. Present were committee members Kearney, Brossard, and Orlowski; Council <br />members Barker, Jones and Williamson; Mayor Kennedy; Planning Director Wenger; <br />and Recreation Commissioner DiSalvo and guests. <br />• Discussed was Ordinance 2010-36, an Ordinance amending Section 155.05 of the <br />Administrative Code in order to eliminate the additional compensation <br />requirement for the Secretary of the Parks and Recreation Commission. The <br />former Secretary stepped down due to health reasons. She had attended monthly <br />meetings and was compensated with comp time. The Secretary that will take over <br />will listen to the tapes from the meeting and will not attend the evening meetings. <br />The Committee voted 3-0 in favor of the Ordinance. <br />Councilman Mahoney, Chairman of the Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee: <br />The Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee met Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at 7:32 <br />p.m. Present were Committee members Mahoney, Kearney and Williamson; Council <br />members Orlowski, Jones and Barker; Council President Limpert; and Mayor Kennedy <br />• On the agenda was a liquor transfer permit no. 0493531. This involved the <br />Flavors of India restaurant located at 26703 Brookpark Road Ext. Lt. Ronald Cox <br />of the North Olmsted Police Department conducted a background investigation of <br />this establishment, and he has no objection to this transfer. The Committee <br />recommend 3-0 to not object to this liquor transfer. <br />Councilman Mahoney made a motion to not object to liquor transfer permit no. 0493531 <br />for Flavors of India restaurant. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson <br />and passed unanimously. No objection to liquor transfer permit no. 0493531 for Flavors <br />of India restaurant located at 26703 Brookpark Road Ext. <br />Councilwoman Williamson, Chairwoman of the Intra-Governmental Relations <br />Committee: <br />The Intra-Governmental Relations Committee met on Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. <br />Present were committee members Williamson, Jones and Mahoney; Council members <br />Barker, Orlowski and Kearney; Council President Limpert; and Mayor Kennedy. <br />
