The committee voted 2-0 to recommend approval of Resolution 2011- 136 with suspension. • Discussed last was Ordinance 2011-137 which is an Ordinance designating the George Biddulph Home, located at 25896 Butternut Ridge Road, an official North Olmsted Landmark pursuant to Code Section 165.05, and declaring an emergency. The committee voted 2-0 to recommend approval of Ordinance 2011-137 with suspension. The Intra-Governmental Relations Committee met Tuesday, December 20, 2012 at 6:34 p.m. Present were committee members Schumann and Mahoney, Council President Limpert; Council members Barker, Brossard, Kearney and Orlowski; Mayor Kenney and Planning/Development Director Wenger. • Interviews for appointments to Boards and Commissions were conducted during this meeting. All were recommended 2-0. Councilman Schumann made a motion to approve the reappointments of the following: Barb Schirhart, Cultural Activities Commission for the term 01/01/2012 - 12/31/2016 Don Rerko, Landmarks Commission for the term O 1 /01 /2012 -12/31 /2013 Al Richner, Landmarks Commission for the term O 1 /01 /2012 -12/31 /2013 Brian Walsh, Landmarks Commission for the term 01/01/2012 -12/31/2013 The motion was seconded by Councilman Mahoney and passed unanimously. Members all reappointed to their respective Commissions. Councilman Schumann made a motion to approve the appointment of Marty Hayes to the Civil Service Commission for the term O 1 /01-2012 - 12/31 /2017. The motion was seconded by Councilman Mahoney and passed unanimously. Marty Hayes appointed to the Civil Service Commission. Councilman Schumann made a motion to approve the appointment of Dave Anderson to the Board of Building Code Appeals for the term 01/01/2012 - 13/31/2015. The motion was seconded by Councilman Mahoney and passed unanimously. Dave Anderson appointed to the Board of Building Code appeals. Councilman Schumann made a motion to suspend the rules requiring an interview for the following: Julie Nader, Planning and Design Commission for the term 01/01/2012 - 12/31/2016 Mike Raig, Board of Zoning Appeals for the term 01/01/2012 -12/31/2016 The motion was seconded by Councilman Mahoney and passed unanimously. Councilman Schumann made a motion to approve the appointments of Nader and Raig. The motion was seconded by Councilman Mahoney and passed unanimously. Nader appointed to PDC and Raig appointed to BZA. _.
