Council Minutes of 10-04-2011 increase and the dollar cost for tenths of a (MCF) thousand cubic feet of water consumed, for the duration of this Ordinance and that these costs are associated with EPA mandates for the improvement of the quality of our water which is a great asset for northern Ohio. AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION Jim Burns, 3978 Dover Center Road said at the last committee meeting regarding the sewer rate increase, he did a calculation where he took the expected costs in the sewer rates study and divided it by the usage reported for the year 2010 and noted there was a substantial discrepancy between the dollars that were needed per mcf to cover the projected costs and what the new sewer rates were.
