Futey, LLC (DBA Andrew J. Futey & Associates) for the purpose of providing grant consulting services to the city. Mr. Futey's retainer will be $1500 per month to represent the city in Columbus. It has been proven that having a lobbyist brings additional funds to municipalities because you have somebody in Columbus speaking to people in person. The committee voted 3-0 to recommend approval of Resolution 2011-76. Councilman Mahoney, Chairman of the Building, Zoning & Development Committee: The BZD Committee met Tuesday, August 2 2011 at 7:05 p.m. Present were committee members Mahoney, Kearney and Barker; President Limpert; Council members Brossard, Orlowski, Schumann and Williamson; Planning/Development Director Wenger. • Discussed first was CMS 11-13 Phnom Penh Restaurant located at 27080 Lorain Road. This proposal consisted of building and site improvements. The restaurant submitted an application after a series of property maintenance issues. The committee voted 3-0 to recommend approval of CMSI 1-13 Phnom Penh. Councilman Mahoney made a motion to approve CMS 11-13 Phnom Penh Restaurant building and site improvements located at 27080 Lorain Road. The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. CMS11-13 Phnom Penh approved. • Discussed next was CMS11-15 Auto Body & Mechanic located at 25044 Lorain Road. This was an application for a conditional use permit. The committee voted 3-0 to recommend approval of CMS11-15 Auto Body & Mechanic. Councilman Mahoney made a motion to approve CMS 11-15 Auto Body & Mechanic located at 25044 Lorain Road. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. CMSI 1-15 Auto Body & Mechanic approved. Councilman Mahoney made a motion to reconsider the prior motion. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. Prior motion reconsidered. Councilman Mahoney made a motion to recommend approval of CMS 11-15 Auto Body & Mechanic located at 25044 Lorain Road subject to the conditions that painting indoors and outdoors is prohibited on the premises. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. CMS11-15 Auto Body & Mechanic approved. Discussed last was CMS11-16 Bee My Baby Daycare located at 23789 Lorain Road.
