Council Minutes of 08-02-2011 <br /> <br />toddlers, not school age children. The committee voted 3-0 to recommend <br />approval of CMS 11-16 Bee My Baby Daycare. <br />Councilman Mahoney made a motion to approve CMS 11-16 Bee My Baby Daycare <br />located at 23789 Lorain Road subject to conditions placed on this proposal by the <br />Planning and Design Commission. The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and <br />passed unanimously. CMS 11-16 Bee My Baby Daycare approved. <br />Councilwoman Williamson, Chairwoman of the Public Safety, Health & Welfare <br />Committee: <br />The Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee met Tuesday, August 2, 2011 at 7:00 <br />p.m. Present were committee members Williamson, Mahoney and Schumann; Council <br />members Barker, Kearney, Brossard and Orlowski; Council President Limpert; Mayor <br />Kennedy, Planning/Development Director Wenger and guests. <br />• Discussed was Liquor Permit No. 6481937 for Nol Dining, Inc. located at 24101 <br />Lorain Road Unit 1. Lt. Cox did not find any issues with the applicant. The <br />committee voted 3-0 to not object to liquor permit 6481937 Nol Dining. <br />Councilwoman Williamson made a motion to not object to the issuance of Liquor Permit <br />No. 6481937 for Nol Dining located at 24101 Lorain Road. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. Liquor Permit 3481937 Nol Dining <br />approved. <br />Councilman Schumann took a moment of personal privilege to announce that the <br />Olmsted Festival of the Arts will take place at Frostville Museum on August 14, 2011 <br />from 11 am to Spm. <br />LETTERS AND COMMUNICATIONS <br />Clerk of Council Gallo read a letter from North Olmsted Jeff Gallatin which is on file in <br />the Clerks' office. <br />AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION <br />Dennis Lambert, 25057 Carey Lane said his street is getting done, and the problem is the <br />base coat. Dirt and debris get in the sewers as it lay on the bottom and takes up capacity. <br />Unless that dirt is sucked out, it cannot be pushed out. He referenced 2011-79 which is a <br />Resolution to hire the Benesch Law Firm for the WWTP. Lambert said he would <br />personally object to going to outside counsel. He wanted to know where the money is <br />coming from to pay the Benesch Law Firm. Copfer said the money comes out of the <br />sewer fund. Lambert said that is coming out of his taxes and he believes it should be <br />4 <br />
