Council Minutes of 03-01-2011 establishing a special revenue fund in the City of North Olmsted to accumulate funds in order to compensate municipal employees in those calendaz yeazs when a 27`'' payment of salary and benefits occurs, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2011-24 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy on behalf of himself, the President of Council and the entire City Council. An Ordinance establishing a special revenue fund in the City of North Olmsted to accumulate funds in order to pay to qualifying municipal employees at separation accumulated sick leave, vacation time and payments in lieu of compensatory time, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2011-25 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted by rezoning Permanent Parcel Nos. 235-03-010, 235-03-016 and a portion of 235-03-015, located on the eastern side of Whitehorn Avenue, from B-one family residence district to senior residence district. Resolution 2011-26 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to advertise for bids for the award of a contract to provide construction services for the Springvale parking lot improvement project, as detailed in the specifications on file with the Engineer, and authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and best bidder, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2011-27 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance authorizing the Director of Planning and Development to solicit bids for the demolition and removal of dangerous buildings located at 5430 Sunset Oval as a public nuisance; and further authorizing the costs to be certified as a tax lien upon said real property pursuant to Section 1331.05 of the Codified Ordinances, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2011-28 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2011. Resolution 2011-29 was introduced and placed on first reading by Council Member Orlowski. A Resolution proclaiming April as Fair Housing Month in North Olmsted, Ohio, and declaring an emergency. Resolution 2011-30 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the award of a contract to provide construction services for the replacement of a sanitary sewer line on Lucydale Drive, as detailed in the specifications on file with the Engineer, and authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and best bidder, and declaring an emergency. 8
