~- { `, , Council Minutes of 02-15-2011 Ordinance 2010-128 introduced by Mayor Kennedy on behalf of Councilman Barker was given its second reading. An Ordinance amending Section 1126.10 of the North Olmsted Zoning Code entitled "Expiration of Approval," to authorize the Director of Planning and Development to administratively extend established time limitations, as amended. Councilman Barker moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Mahoney. Roll Call: Barker, yes; Mahoney, yes; Brossard, yes; Orlowski, no; Williamson, yes. Ordinance 2010-128 adopted 4-1. Ordinance 2011-7 introduced by Councilman Mahoney on behalf of Council members Williamson and Kearney was given its second reading. An Ordinance establishing and fixing the compensation for Council-at-Large members for the term of office commencing January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2015. Resolution 2011-8 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing and directing the Director of Planning and Development to make application on behalf of the City of North Olmsted for a Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council (NOPEC) Powering Our Communities Grant; further authorizing the Mayor to accept the grant if awarded; and to execute a contract with NOPEC, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Mahoney made a motion to suspend the rule requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and passed unanimously. Councilman Mahoney moved for adoption. An Ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted to provide for the installation and enforcement of additional "No Parking" signs on the fire hydrant side of Pheasants Walk north of the intersection of Lorain Road. An Ordinance amending and re-establishing Chapter 151 of the Administrative Code entitled "Board of Zoning Appeals" in order to create the position of Vice Chairman and to eliminate reference to fees, as amended. An Ordinance amending and re-establishing Chapter 147 of the Administrative Code entitled "Board of Building Code Appeals" in order to create the position of Vice Chairman and to eliminate the position of Secretary to the Board, as amended. Ordinance 2011-14 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An Ordinance amending and re-establishing Chapter 143 of the Administrative Code entitled "Boards and Commissions Generally" in order to clarify the duties of the Clerk of Commissions and to eliminate the position of Assistant Clerk of Commissions.
