Council Minutes of OS-21-2013 <br />seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. Councilman Kearney moves: <br />~•~ for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. <br />Resolution 2013-44 adopted 6-0. <br />Ordinance 2013-46 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance amending Chapter 931 of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code of the <br />City of North Olmsted entitled, "Grading and Surface Water Drainage" in order to amend <br />required fees and deposits, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2013-48 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Director of Planning and Development to advertise for bids <br />for the award of a contract to provide construction services for improvements to the <br />North Olmsted Police Station consistent with the accessibility requirements of the <br />Americans with Disabilities Act, and authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the <br />Board of Control to contract for the same with the lowest and best bidder, and declaring <br />an emergency. Councilwoman Williamson made a motion to suspend the rule requiring <br />three readings. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed <br />unanimously. Councilwoman Williamson moved for adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. Resolution 2013-48 <br />adopted 6-0. <br />Ordinance 2013-49 introduced by Councilman Schumann was given its second reading. <br />,,,~,,, An Ordinance amending Section 331.42 of the Traffic Code in order to increase the <br />~,, maximum fine for using a mobile communication device from three dollars to one <br />hundred and fifty dollars. <br />Ordinance 2013-50 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance adopting and implementing the procedures under Chapter 5722 of the Ohio <br />Revised Code to facilitate reutilization of nonproductive land situated within the City of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio; and declaring an emergency. Councilman Kearney made a motion <br />to suspend the rule requiring three readings. 'The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Barker and passed unanimously. Councilman Kearney moved for adoption. The motion <br />was seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously.
