Council Minutes of OS-07-2013 .«~.. recommend approval of CMS 13-06 Victoria Plaza telecommunications ,~,~ equipment. Councilman Kearney made a motion to approve CMS13-06 Victoria Plaza located at 26101 Country Club Blvd. with all conditions set forth by the Planning and Design Commission. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. CMS 13-06 Victoria Plaza telecommunications equipment approved 7-0. LETTERS AND COMMUNICATIONS Clerk of Council Gallo read Councilman Mahoney's resignation letter (attached) effective May 8, 2013. Council President Jones requested that everyone stand and recognize Councilman Mahoney's service. Law Director Gareau, Mayor Kennedy, Councilman Barker, Councilman Brossard and Councilwoman Williamson all wished Councilman Mahoney well. LEGISLATION Ordinance 2013-17 introduced by Councilman Brossard was given its third reading. An Ordinance establishing Section 505.19 "Domestic Farm Animals Prohibited" of Chapter ~,,,,, 505 of the General Offenses Code entitled "Animals and Fowl," in order to prohibit ice. domestic farm animals on parcels of land in the City less than three quarters (3/4) of one (1) acre, as amended. Councilman Brossard moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2013-17 adopted 7-0. Ordinance 2013-39 introduced by Council President Jones on behalf of Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An Ordinance designating the Charles Alden Seltzer Home, located at 30095 Lorain Road, as an official North Olmsted Landmark pursuant to Code Section 165.05. Councilman Schumann moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Mahoney and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2013-39 adopted. Ordinance 2013-41 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An Ordinance amending Chapter 1321 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Permit and Inspection Fees", and declaring an emergency. Councilman Brossard made a motion to amend Ordinance 2013-42 by adding Section 900.03 to Exhibit B that explains refunds as this was explained by Law Director Gareau during this evening's Caucus. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2013-42 amended 7-0. Ordinance 2013-42 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An Ordinance amending Part Nine, Title One (Streets and Sidewalk Areas) of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code of the City of North Olmsted so as to add a new 4
