Council Minutes of OS-07-2013 <br />.~.,, Chapter 900 and to amend existing Chapters 901, 903, 905 and 909, for in order to clarify <br />~,,: required fees and deposits, and declaring an emergency, as amended. <br />Ordinance 2013-43 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance dispensing with a formal RFP process and authorizing the Mayor to enter into <br />an agreement with Tyler Technologies, Inc., parent company of Munis, Inc., to provide <br />additional computer systems, software and related services to the City of North Olmsted, <br />and declaring an emergency. Councilman Barker made a motion to suspend the rules <br />requiring three readings and formal committee review. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. Councilman Barker moved for <br />adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance 2013-43 adopted 7-0. <br />Resolution 2013-44 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Duro-Last Roofing, Inc. to <br />purchase aDuro-Last roofing system for the Salt Dome Repair Project, all through the <br />State Purchase Program; and further authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents <br />necessary to effectuate such purchase, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2013-45 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with West Roofing Systems, <br />Inc. to provide construction services for the replacement of the North Olmsted Senior <br />Center and Community Cabin roof through the State Purchase Program; and further <br />authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents necessary to effectuate such purchase, <br />and declaring an emergency. Councilman Kearney made a motion to suspend the rules <br />requiring three readings and formal committee review. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Mahoney and passed unanimously. Councilman Kearney moved for <br />adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Mahoney and passed unanimously. <br />Resolution 2013-45 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2013-46 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance amending Chapter 931 of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code of the <br />City of North Olmsted entitled, "Grading and Surface Water Drainage" in order to amend <br />required fees and deposits, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2013-47 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to accept a donation of equipment valued at $9,479.50 <br />from the North Olmsted Softball Association for use in maintaining baseball fields at <br />North Olmsted Park, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Kearney made a motion <br />to suspend the rules requiring three readings and formal committee review. The motion <br />was seconded by Councilman Mahoney and passed unanimously. Councilman Kearney <br />moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Mahoney and passed <br />unanimously. Resolution 2013-47 adopted 7-0. <br />Resolution 2013-48 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy.
