Council Minutes of OS-07-2013 <br />declaring an emergency. Councilwoman Williamson made a motion to suspend the rules <br />requiring three readings and formal committee review. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Mahoney and passed unanimously. Councilwoman Williamson moved for <br />adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Mahoney and passed unanimously. <br />Resolution 2013-53 adopted 7-0. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Councilman Kearney scheduled a Recreation, Public Parks & Buildings Committee <br />meeting for Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2013-44. The <br />Mayor or his designee is asked to attend. <br />Councilman Brossard scheduled a Streets & Transportation Committee meeting for <br />Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at 7:15 p.m. to discuss Ordinance 2013-46. The <br />Planning/Development Director is asked to attend. <br />Councilman Kearney scheduled a BZD Committee meeting for Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at <br />7:25 p.m. to discuss Ordinances 2013-50. The Planning/Development Director is asked <br />to attend. <br />Councilwoman Williamson scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee <br />meeting for Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at 7:50 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2013-48 and <br />Ordinance 2013-49. The Mayor or his designee is asked to attend. <br />4 Director of Law Gareau explained the procedure of filling Councilman Mahoney's <br />vacancy.
