One new appointment is an
appointment of a current member of the Board of Building Code Appeals, David
Anderson, to an unexpired term vacancy on the Planning and Design
~, Commission. The new appointment to the Board of Building Code Appeals is
Mary Ellen Hemann. She was unable to attend the meeting due to a previous
commitment. Her resume outlining her education and work experience is well
adapted to the work of the Board, as they review appeals to our local Code
restrictions. About 90% of the reviews are placements of a fence next to or close
to an existing fence. I personally spoke with her and discussed her resume and
work experience. I believe she will be a good addition to this Board.
