Limpert -New term 2013-2015 <br />The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and passed unanimously. All <br />appointments and reappointments approved. <br />Councilman Kearney took a moment of personal privilege to wish Council President <br />Limpert well. <br />Councilman Mahoney, Chairman of the Building, Zoning & Development Committee: <br />The BZD Committee met Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at 7:10 p.m. Present were <br />committee members Mahoney, Kearney and Barker; Council President Limpert; Council <br />members Brossard, Orlowski, Schumann and Williamson; Planning/Development <br />Director Wenger and a representative from Aston Martin/Maserati. <br />• Discussed first was CMS12-26 Aston Martin/Maserati located at 28300 Lorain <br />Road. This proposal consists of site improvements and exterior building <br />improvements as well. The Planning and Design Commission recommended <br />approval of this project with the following conditions: rear fencing is to be <br />updated and consistent throughout rear property line, continuous concrete curbing <br />to be installed along rear parking lot, landscaping requests will be adhered to and <br />incorporated, no vehicles will be displayed in front of the building without the <br />variance being approved and lighting plan submitted on October 30, 2012 - <br />received by the Building Dept. on November 7, 2012 -would be the plan adopted <br />4 <br /> <br />
