The committee voted 3-0 to recommend approval of CMS12-26 <br />~, _ Aston Martin/Maserati. <br />Councilman Mahoney made a motion to approve CMS 12-26 Aston Martin/Maserati <br />located at 28300 Lorain Road. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and <br />passed unanimously. CMS 12-26 Aston Martin/Maserati approved. <br />• Discussed last was CMS 12-27 Family Dollar on Lorain Road. This proposal <br />consists of store modifications and signage. The Planning and Design <br />Commission recommended approval of this project with the following conditions: <br />the monument sign base brick to match existing building, sidewalk blocks and <br />apron are to be replaced during renovations, a wooden dumpster enclosure is to be <br />added, the rear fence is to be repaired in damaged areas or entirely replaced and <br />the main doors are to be brought into compliance. The committee voted 3-0 to <br />recommend approval of CMS 12-27 Family Dollar. <br />Councilman Mahoney made a motion to approve CMS 12-27 Family Dollar on Lorain <br />Road. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. <br />CMS 12-27 Family Dollar approved. <br />Councilman Mahoney took a moment of personal privilege to wish Council President <br />Limpert well. <br />Councilman Brossard took a moment of personal privilege to wish Council President <br />Limpert well and thanked him for his service. <br />Councilwoman Williamson, Chairwoman of the Public Safety, Health & Welfare <br />Committee: <br />The Public Safety Committee met Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at 7:15 p.m. Present <br />were committee members Williamson, Mahoney and Schumann; Council President <br />Limpert; Council members Brossard and Orlowski; Mayor Kennedy, Finance Director, <br />Safety/Service Director and guests. <br />• Discussed was Ordinance 2012-127 which is an Ordinance authorizing the Mayor <br />to purchase one rescue squad fire apparatus for the North Olmsted Fire <br />Department through the State Purchase Program; further authorizing the Mayor to <br />execute necessary contract documents; and declaring an emergency.
