Council Minutes of 12-18-2012 <br />~ the Recreation Center private driveway in conjunction with its approved site plan and <br />development, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2012-132 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to request proposals for plumbing, heating, ventilation <br />and air conditioning preventative maintenance services for the City's Division of <br />Recreation; further authorizing the Mayor, subject to approval of the Board of Control, to <br />enter into an agreement with the contractor selected in the RFP process. <br />Resolution 2012-133 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to accept a donation of $8,000.00 from Westfield Great <br />Northern for funding of emergency generators and food provisions at the Oxcart Pantry, <br />and declaring an emergency. Councilman Mahoney made a motion to suspend the rules <br />requiring three readings and formal committee review. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilwoman Williamson and passed unanimously. Councilman Mahoney moved for <br />adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and passed <br />unanimously.
