Council Minutes of 12-04-2012 ,~„ Ordinance 2012-117 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An Ordinance adopting new Chapter 1729 of the Fire Prevention Code entitled "Westshore ~ Regional Community Emergency Response Team (WSC)". Resolution 2012-118 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the Cuyahoga County General Health District for the year 2013, and declaring an emergency. Councilwoman Williamson made a motion to suspend the rule requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by Councilman Mahoney and passed unanimously. Councilwoman Williamson moved for adoption. An Ordinance establishing a Mayor's Court Fund, after approval from the Auditor of State, as an agency fund to account for the receipt of funds collected by the North Olmsted Mayor's Court, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Baxker made a motion to suspend the rule requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann. An Ordinance establishing a Court Computerization Fund, after approval from the Auditor of State, as a non-major Special Revenue Fund to account for the receipt of funds collected by the North Olmsted Mayor's Court, and declaring an emergency. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to implement adesign/build selection process for the award of a contract for the design, installation and service of fire and security alarm systems at Springvale Golf Course and Ballroom, and authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the successful applicant, and declaring an emergency.
