An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate <br />principal amount of $520,000 to provide funds to pay costs of renovating, remodeling, <br />furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving the city's Recreation Center, together <br />with all necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Councilman Schumann <br />moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance 2012-98 adopted. <br />Ordinance 2012-99 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate <br />principal amount of $515,000 to provide funds to pay costs of renovating, remodeling, <br />furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving the city's police station, together with all <br />necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Councilman Barker moved for <br />adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance 2012-99 adopted. <br />Ordinance 2012-100 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given third reading. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate <br />principal amount of $455,000 to provide funds to pay costs of improving the city's traffic <br />~, control system by purchasing and installing signals and other equipment and devices to <br />direct and control the flow of vehicular and pedestrian traffic in the city, together with <br />necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Councilman Kearney moved for <br />adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance 2012-100 adopted. <br />Ordinance 2012-101 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate <br />principal amount of $235,000 to provide funds to pay costs of acquiring an emergency <br />rescue squad vehicle and related equipment for the city's fire department. Councilman <br />Schumann moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and <br />passed unanimously. Ordinance 2012-101 adopted. <br />Ordinance 2012-102 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate <br />principal amount of $220,000 to provide funds to pay costs of acquiring, installing and <br />equipping a communications tower and equipping and otherwise improving its site for <br />use in performing city functions and services, together with all necessary appurtenances <br />and work incidental thereto.
