Councilman Barker indicated that he is in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's Certificate. Ordinance 2012-100 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $455,000 to provide funds to pay costs of improving the city's traffic control system by purchasing and installing signals and other equipment and devices to direct and control the flow of vehicular and pedestrian traffic in the city, together with necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Councilman Barker indicated that he is in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's Certificate. Ordinance 2012-101 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $235,000 to provide funds to pay costs of acquiring an emergency rescue squad vehicle and related equipment for the city's fire department. Councilman Barker indicated that he is in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's Certificate. Ordinance 2012-102 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $220,000 to provide funds to pay costs of acquiring, installing and equipping a communications tower and equipping and otherwise improving its site for use in performing city functions and services, together with all necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Councilman Barker indicated that he is in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's Certificate. Ordinance 2012-103 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $115,000 to provide funds to pay costs of acquiring and installing computer hardware and software, together with necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Councilman Barker indicated that he is in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's Certificate. Resolution 2012-104 introduced by Mayor Kennedy on behalf of himself and Council members Barker, Brossard and Orlowski was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Planning and Development to advertise for bids for the award of a contract to provide construction services for the Brookpark Bridge Underpass Lighting Project, as detailed in the specifications on file in the Division of Engineering, and authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and best bidder, and declaring an emergency.
