Councilman Barker <br />indicated that he is in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's Certificate. <br />Ordinance 2012-99 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate <br />principal amount of $515,000 to provide funds to pay costs of renovating, remodeling, <br />furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving the city's police station, together with all <br />necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Councilman Barker indicated that <br />he is in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's Certificate. <br />Ordinance 2012-100 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate <br />principal amount of $455,000 to provide funds to pay costs of improving the city's traffic <br />control system by purchasing and installing signals and other equipment and devices to <br />direct and control the flow of vehicular and pedestrian traffic in the city, together with <br />necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Councilman Barker indicated that <br />he is in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's Certificate. <br />Ordinance 2012-101 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate <br />principal amount of $235,000 to provide funds to pay costs of acquiring an emergency <br />rescue squad vehicle and related equipment for the city's fire department. Councilman <br />Barker indicated that he is in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's Certificate. <br />Ordinance 2012-102 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate <br />principal amount of $220,000 to provide funds to pay costs of acquiring, installing and <br />equipping a communications tower and equipping and otherwise improving its site for <br />use in performing city functions and services, together with all necessary appurtenances <br />and work incidental thereto. Councilman Barker indicated that he is in receipt of the <br />Fiscal Officer's Certificate. <br />Ordinance 2012-103 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate <br />principal amount of $115,000 to provide funds to pay costs of acquiring and installing <br />computer hardware and software, together with necessary appurtenances and work <br />incidental thereto. Councilman Barker indicated that he is in receipt of the Fiscal <br />Officer's Certificate. <br />Resolution 2012-104 introduced by Mayor Kennedy on behalf of himself and Council <br />members Barker, Brossard and Orlowski was given its second reading. A Resolution <br />authorizing the Director of Planning and Development to advertise for bids for the award <br />of a contract to provide construction services for the Brookpark Bridge Underpass <br />Lighting Project, as detailed in the specifications on file in the Division of Engineering, <br />and authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for <br />the same with the lowest and best bidder, and declaring an emergency.
