Council Minutes of 04-03-2012 „, Director Gareau, Finance Director Copfer, Safety/Service Director Thomas, Planning/Development Director Wenger and guests. • The committee met to discuss the following three liquor permits: Liquor permit no. 65204400025 for Ohio Restaurant Investment Corporation located at 30850 Lorain Road. Lt. Cox of the Police Dept. found no issues with this applicant. The committee voted 3-0 to not object to this liquor permit application. Councilwoman Williamson made a motion to not object to liquor permit no. 65204400025 for Ohio Restaurant Investment Corporation located at 30850 Lorain Road. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. Liquor permit 65204400025 for Ohio Restaurant Investment Corp. approved. Liquor permit transfer no. 4901310 from 24108 Lorain Road, LLC and Patio to KSST Hanna, Inc. dba Cleveland Ale House and Patio located at 24108 Lorain Road, Unit 13. Lt. Cox of the Police Dept. found no issues with this applicant. The committee voted 3-0 to not object to this liquor permit application. Liquor permit transfer no. 3092500 from Mi Pollo, Inc. to Mo Un Yee Gee located at 27600 Lorain Road. Lt. Cox of the Police Dept. found no issues with this applicant. The committee voted 3-0 to not object to this liquor permit application. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. Liquor permit transfer no. 3092500 for Mo Un Yee Gee approved. Discussed last was Ordinance 2012-25 which is an An Ordinance enacting new Chapter 944 of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code, entitled "Indigent Burial". Director Gareau explained that the city is responsible to provide burial or cremation for indigent residents, but without proper guidelines in place there is no cap on the city's costs. With this legislation, the city's cost shall not exceed $750. The committee voted 3-0 to recommend approval of Ordinance 2012-25. AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION Kacie Armstrong, 27403 Lorain Road (Library) announced that the library will be giving a survey as they begin their strategic plan, so people will be invited to take an online .,~. survey so they can learn to improve the library system.
