Council Minutes of 06-18-2013 Commission. The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. CMS13-15 Middle School Annex Demo approved 7-0. • CMS13-19 Nissan Office Building located at 30850 Lorain Road -This location is the old Alexander's on the far west side of town. The existing building will remain and get improvements. Nearby residents were concerned that this would be a body and paint shop, which will not happen. The owner, Mr. D'Amato, stated that they will not do any body/paint work at this location. There will be no car carriers unloading at the new location. The committee voted 2-0 to approve CMS13-19 Nissan Office Building. Councilman Kearney made a motion to approve CMS13-19 Nissan Office Building (amended) subject to recommendations set forth by the Planning and Design Commission. The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. CMS13-19 Nissan Office Building approved 7-0. • 2013-41 is an Ordinance amending Chapter 1321 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Permit and Inspection Fees", and declaring an emergency, as amended. This Ordinance raises rates of building fees across the board. This also cleans up language by making the wording compatible with computer usage. The committee voted 2-0 to recommend approval of Ordinance 2013-41 with amendments. Councilman Kearney made a motion to amend Ordinance 2013-41. The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2013-41 amended 7-0. Councilman Brossard, Chairman of the Streets & Transportation Committee: The Streets & Transportation Committee met Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. Present were committee members Brossard, Orlowski and Williamson; Council members Kearney, Barker, Smith and Schumann; Mayor Kennedy and guests. • 2013-42 is an Ordinance amending Part Nine, Title One (Streets and Sidewalk Areas) of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code of the City of North Olmsted so as to add a new Chapter 900 and to amend existing Chapters 901, 903, 905 and 909, for in order to clarify required fees and deposits, and declaring an emergency, as twice amended. The committee voted 3-0 to recommend approval of Ordinance 2013-42 with amendments. Councilman Brossard made a motion to amend Ordinance 2013-42.
