Ordinance No. 93-120 adopted. Ordinance No. 93-149 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An ordinance to amend Section 911.07 entitled "Building Sewers and Connections" of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. Resolution No. 93-150 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. A resolution directing the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, during the year 1994, all tax money due and awing said city fran any collection source. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into contracts for the deposit of public monies with the institutions designated by Council as depositories for the active and interim account of the city. Resolution No. 93-157 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for improvements at Town Hall by remodeling offices, including electrical, mechanical, and other improvements at Town Hall in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 93-158 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind on behalf of the entire Council. An ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted by changing the parcels of real property, as hereinafter described, located along Lorain Road, between Stearns Road and the CEI right-of-way, within the City of North Olmsted, from General Retail Business District to Mixed Use "D" District, and further providing for the submission of said amendment to the electors of the City of North Olmsted.
