Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. <br />Musial; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 93-120 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 93-149 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to amend Section 911.07 entitled "Building Sewers and Connections" of <br />the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Resolution No. 93-150 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. A <br />resolution directing the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North <br />Olmsted, Ohio, during the year 1994, all tax money due and awing said city fran <br />any collection source. Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rules requiring <br />three readings; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Lind moved <br />for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed tmanimously. Resolution <br />No. 93-150 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 93-151 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into contracts for the deposit of public <br />monies with the institutions designated by Council as depositories for the active <br />and interim account of the city. Mr. <br />Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 93-151 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 93-156 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />improvements at City Hall by converting an existing storage area into a con- <br />ference roan and data processing offices in the City of North Olmsted, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 93-157 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />improvements at Town Hall by remodeling offices, including electrical, <br />mechanical, and other improvements at Town Hall in the City of North Olmsted, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 93-158 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind on <br />behalf of the entire Council. An ordinance providing for the amendment of the <br />Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted by changing the parcels of real property, <br />as hereinafter described, located along Lorain Road, between Stearns Road and the <br />CEI right-of-way, within the City of North Olmsted, from General Retail Business <br />District to Mixed Use "D" District, and further providing for the submission of <br />said amendment to the electors of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 93-159 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. <br />An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $4,100,000 notes, in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of acquiring Springvale <br />Country Club, including land; the clubhouse, maintenance building and other <br />4 <br />
