Council Minutes of 12/7/93 LEGISLATION Reso.ution No. 92-131 introduced. by Mr. Nashar was given its third reading. A resolution requesting the Cuyahoga Coumty Engineer to proceed with the improve- ments of Crocker-Stearns (CR-118) and to include am~.ni~~! of six foot high fence along the right-of way line to protect the residential property on ton Drive and Quail Run, aril resolving to pay for certain items and plan domes, as amended. Mr. Nashar moved to table; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 93-131 tabled. Ordinance No. 93-137 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 90-58 which authorized an agreement with Western Reserve Engineering & Surveying Company for the purpose of preparing plans and specifications for the repair of various streets within the City of North Ola~ted, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; seeorxi by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 93-137 adapted. Resolution No. 93-138 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its third reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for construction of catch basin, manhole, sid~wal.k, curbing ar~d pavement repairs at various locations in the City of Nerth Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Saringer; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 93-138 adopted. Ordinance No. 93-143 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by providing for the installation of a "No Right Turn on Red" sign at Porter and Butternut Ridge Roads regulating traffic travelling in a nortl~xly direction on Porter Road and turning in an easterly direction on Butternut Ridge Road, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 93-144 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1994. Ordinance No. 93-145 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted to provide for the installation of a "No Right Turn on Red" sign at the intersection of Lorain and Clague Roads for traffic traveling in a westerly direction on Lorain Road and turning north onto Clague Road, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 93-146 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle on behalf of himself and the entire Council. A resolution encouraging the Public Utilities Commission to support Advantage Ohio and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Bahas moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review; second by Mr. Nsshar; motion passed uoanimou.sly. Mrs. Babas moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 93-146 adopted. 3
