A <br />resolution requesting the Cuyahoga Coumty Engineer to proceed with the improve- <br />ments of Crocker-Stearns (CR-118) and to include am~.ni~~! of six foot high fence <br />along the right-of way line to protect the residential property on ton Drive <br />and Quail Run, aril resolving to pay for certain items and plan domes, as <br />amended. Mr. Nashar moved to table; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed <br />unanimously. Resolution No. 93-131 tabled. <br />Ordinance No. 93-137 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance amending Ordinance No. 90-58 which authorized an agreement with Western <br />Reserve Engineering & Surveying Company for the purpose of preparing plans and <br />specifications for the repair of various streets within the City of North Ola~ted, <br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; seeorxi by Mr. Nashar; <br />motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 93-137 adapted. <br />Resolution No. 93-138 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its third reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />construction of catch basin, manhole, sid~wal.k, curbing ar~d pavement repairs at <br />various locations in the City of Nerth Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mr. <br />Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Saringer; motion passed unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 93-138 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 93-143 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by <br />providing for the installation of a "No Right Turn on Red" sign at Porter and <br />Butternut Ridge Roads regulating traffic travelling in a nortl~xly direction on <br />Porter Road and turning in an easterly direction on Butternut Ridge Road, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 93-144 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for <br />the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1994. <br />Ordinance No. 93-145 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted to <br />provide for the installation of a "No Right Turn on Red" sign at the intersection <br />of Lorain and Clague Roads for traffic traveling in a westerly direction on Lorain <br />Road and turning north onto Clague Road, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and <br />6:00 p.m., and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 93-146 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle on <br />behalf of himself and the entire Council. A resolution encouraging the Public <br />Utilities Commission to support Advantage Ohio and declaring an emergency. Mrs. <br />Bahas moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee <br />review; second by Mr. Nsshar; motion passed uoanimou.sly.
