A resolution directing the Mayor to file the required farm with the Federal Communications Commission for the purpose of exercising regulatory jurisdiction with respect to rates charged for basic cable television. Mrs. Bahamg moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimously. Mrs. Babas moved for adoption; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 93-147 adopted. Resolution No. 93.148 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on behalf of himself, the entire Council and Mayor Boyle. A resolution approving the resolution of the joint NOAGA-and AMATS Motor Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance Policy Committee to request Ohio EPA to i~ement the enhanced tailpipe test in the counties of Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Portage anti Summit and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 93-150 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. A resolution directing the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, during the year 1994, all tax money due and owing said city from any collection source. Ordinance No. 93-151 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into contracts for the deposit of public monies with the institutions designated by Council as depositories for the active and interim account. of the city. An ordinance providing for the amend- ment of the Zone Map of ~~the City of North Olmsted by changing the parcel of real property identified as Block A on the Ciru~nan Woods Subdivisioa~ preliminary land use plan and located on the west side of Barton Road near the entrance to Cirmamon Woods in the City of North Olmsted, from Mixed Use "B" District to "B" One Family Residence District. 4
