Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mr. Musial; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 93-SO adopted. Ordinance No. 93-51 introduced by A~yor Boyle was .given its third reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with D~;s Consultants to provide engineering services pertaining to plans to provide grading and drainage improvements in the South Barton Road area in-the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Saringer; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 93-51 adopted. Resolution No. 93-5~4 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 3,000 tons of salt ar~d authorising the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Saringer moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 93-54 adopted. Ordinance No. 93-55 i.ntroduce~ci by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An ordinance authorizing the I~yor to enter into an agreement with Walter H. Drape Company to provide professional services in updating the Codified Ordinances. of the City of North Olmsted. Mrs. Babas moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 93-55 adopted. Ordinance No. 93-57 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $245,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving the City's park and recreational facilities by acquiring anci installing bating, ventilating. and air conditioning equipment for the Ca~unity Cabin; by resurfacing with asphalt and curbing, and acquiring and installing street lighting for, the Recreatiom Center parking lot and the driveway from Lorain Road to that parking lot; by reconstructing and paving with concrete the existing walkway from Lorain Road to the Recreation Center; and by draining arxi landscaping the Recreaticxl Center site, all together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Mrs. Saringer moved for adoption; second by Mr. Musiai; motion passed unazu~usly. Ordinance No. 93-57 adopted. Ordinance No. 93-58 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $500,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuaanee of bonds, for the purpose of rehabilitating and improving an existing storm water culvert located Mier south Barton Road. approximately 1,700 feet south of Lorain Road, related. undergrouu~d storm water retention basins and related open storm water drainage ditches and acquiring interests in reel. estate therefor, together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto.
