Mrs. Babas moved for adoption; second <br />by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 93-55 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 93-57 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $245,000 notes, in anticipation <br />of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving the City's park and <br />recreational facilities by acquiring anci installing bating, ventilating. and air <br />conditioning equipment for the Ca~unity Cabin; by resurfacing with asphalt and <br />curbing, and acquiring and installing street lighting for, the Recreatiom Center <br />parking lot and the driveway from Lorain Road to that parking lot; by <br />reconstructing and paving with concrete the existing walkway from Lorain Road to <br />the Recreation Center; and by draining arxi landscaping the Recreaticxl Center <br />site, all together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. <br />Mrs. Saringer moved for adoption; second by Mr. Musiai; motion passed <br />unazu~usly. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $500,000 notes, in anticipation <br />of the issuaanee of bonds, for the purpose of rehabilitating and improving an <br />existing storm water culvert located Mier south Barton Road. approximately 1,700 <br />feet south of Lorain Road, related. undergrouu~d storm water retention basins and <br />related open storm water drainage ditches and acquiring interests in reel. estate <br />therefor, together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. <br />Mrs. Saringer moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed <br />unanimously.
