An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $2,250,000 notes in anticipa- <br />tion of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving certain designated <br />streets in the City's street system by grading, draining, curbing, reconstructing <br />the pavement base, wd~i.ng, preparing the surface anti paving, by constructing, <br />reconstructing and rehabilitating water mains, sidewalks, driveway aprons, storm <br />sewers, catch basins, sanitary sewers and. sanitary sewer connections, and by <br />installing undergrotud and above-ground wires and cables for street lighting, all <br />where necessary, together with the necessary app.rtenances and w~ark incidental <br />thereto. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Bahas; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 93-59 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 93-60 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $SS,000 notes, in anticipation <br />of the issuance of horde, for the purpose of renovating, rehabilitating and <br />otherwise improving Town Hall, together with the necessary appaartnces thereto. <br />Mrs. Saringer moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Babas; moticm passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 93-60 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 93-72 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $k00,000 rotes, in anticipation <br />of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of acquiring real estate and paying <br />costs of constructing a fire station thereon. Mrs. Saringer moved for adoption; <br />second by Mrs. Babas; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 93-72 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 93-61 introduced by Mr. Lind. was given its second re€~ling. An <br />ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by <br />providing for tk~e installation of a stop sign on Concord Drive where the same <br />intersects with Danberry Drive, thereby regulating traffic entering Danberry <br />Drive, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 93-63 introduced by l~yor Boyle was given its accord reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to obtain an option <br />for the purchase of lard for the construction of senior citizen housing within <br />the City of North 0]msted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 93-70 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />one (1) vacuum street sweeper, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 93-71 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />one (1) integral tractor-loader-backhoe wheel type, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 93-73 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on <br />behalf of Mayor Boyle and the entire Council. An ordinance authorizing and <br />directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with <br />Dickson Associates, Inc., to provide architectural and engineering services <br />pertaining to plans to construct a new Fire Station No. 1 in the City of North <br />Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />6 <br /> <br />
