Council of 3/2/93 LEGISLATION (continued) Resolution No. 93-13 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and accept bids for laboratory analytical services to support the Wastewater Treatment Plant, as detailed in tree specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Lind; motion passim unanimously. Resolution No. 93-13 adopted. Ordinance No. 93-14 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance anti sale of $2,000,000 notes in anticipa- tion of the issuance of beds, for the purpose of improving, the municipal sanitary sewer system by constructing, reconstructing, rehabilitating and replacing sanitary sewers arld sanitary sewer cormections and by improving and equipping the Wastewater Treatment Plant, together with the necessary appurten- ances and work incidental thereto. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 93-14 adopted. Ordinance No. 93-16 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Msl.colm Pirnie, Inc., to provide engineering services for the Wastewater Treatment Plant, and declaring an emergency. Foster & Associates, Inc., to provide engineering and construction observation services for the Wastewater Treatment Plant, and declaring an emergency. An ordinance establishing rates of compensation for various administrative and legislative personnel and declaring an urgency. An ordinance adopting a new and revised Chapter 1309 of the Codified Ordinances, entitled "National Electric Code", and declaring an emergency.
