Council Minutes of 1/19/93 LEGISLATION Resolution No. 93-1 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. A resolution establishing a B1~ Ribbon Committee to assist this Council in developing a politically neutral method of establishing salaries for elected public officials on an armual basis, with the results of said rec tiaras to be the framework of a Charter amendment to be submitted to the electors in November of 1.993, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 93-4 was introduced and placed c~ first reading by Mr. Lind. An ordinance to transfer and make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1993. Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings arxi coemttee review; second by Mr. McKay; passed Laiani~ac~usly. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; secorxi by Mr. McKay; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 93-4 adopted. Ordinance No. 93-5 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar. An ordinance changing the name of Service Road "A" from "Service Road A" to "Cirmamon Way" in the City of North 0]msted. Mr. Nashar moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mrs. Beringer; passed unanimously. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Beringer; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 93-5 adopted. Resolution No. 93-6 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. Beringer. A resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Cinnamon Woods Development Plat in the City of North Olmsted. Resolution No. 93-7 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and accept bids for the construction of an unloading station at the Wastewater Treatment Plant as detailed in the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 93-8 was introduced and placed o~n first reading by Mr. Nashar. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and accept bids for the videotaping of sewers at various locations in the city, as detailed in the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 93-10 was introduced and placed an first reading by Mr. Leonard. An ordinance accepting a traffic control equipment easement located on .property owned by National City Bank and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 232-28-58 by Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, said easement shown an Exhibit "B" and declaring an gnergency. Ordinance No. 93-11 was introduced ~d placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An emergency ordinance enacted b3' the City of North 07msted, Cuyahoga Coe~ty, Ohio, hereinafter referred to as the municipality, in the matter of the hereinafter described improvement and requests the cooperation of the County of Cuyahoga by its Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as the County.
