An <br />ordinance adopting a new and revised Chapter 1138 of the North Olmsted Zoning Code <br />entitled "Senior Residence District" (SR) as amended. <br />Ordnance No. 94-159 introduced by Mayor Boyle and the entire Council was given its <br />second reading. An ordinance authorizing, the Personnel and Admm~rative Services <br />Director to advertise for bids for a group life insurance program to cover fil time and <br />non-bargaining unit employees as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 94-163 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Service to make emergency repairs on the <br />vacuum filter system at the Wa~ewater Treatment Plant, without public bidding, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 94-166 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its second reading. An <br />ordnance vacating a portion of a water main easement located on property now owned by <br />Great Northern Properties Company, as recorded in Vohrme 191 Page 78 of Cuyahoga <br />County Maps and Records, and further accepting an easement from Great Northern <br />Properties Company for an additional water main easement, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 94-171 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City <br />of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1995. Mr. Lmd moved to spend <br />the rules requiring three readmgs; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. <br />Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 94-171 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-172 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of the entire Council was <br />given its second reading. An ordnance amending Section 751.01 and repealing Section <br />517.10 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, in order to include <br />pinball machines among the mechanical or electrically operated amusement devices which <br />are regulated by the City of North Olmsted within game rooms located in the city. <br />Ordinance No. 94-173 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordnance amending Ordinance No. 94-15 to correct the title of the Sanitary Sewer <br />System Supervisor and to provide for a new salary range, and declaring an emergency. <br />Mr. Lind moved for su~ension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mr. <br />Limpert; motion passed unanimously.
