Council Minutes of 11/15/94 Ordinance No. 94-167 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. Saringer. An ordinance vacating a portion of Root Road located in the City of North Oh~ed, and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Saringer moved for su~ension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Mrs. Saringer moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay, motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-167 adopted. Resolution No. 94-168 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle an behalf of himself and the entire Council. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the Cuyahoga County General Heath Ihstrict for the year 1995, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Nashar moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 94-168 adopted. Resolution No. 94-169 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. A resohution supporting Wirrter Saf~y Week in Ohio November 27 through December 3, 1994, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for su~ension of the rules requiring three readings ffid cottee review; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Resohrtion No. 94-169 adopted. Ordinance No. 94-171 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 3 1, 1995. Ordinance No. 94-172 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on behalf of the entire Council. An ordinance amending Section 751.01 and repealing Section 517.10 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, in order to include pinball machines among the n~ecl-anical or electrically operated amusemient devices which are regulated by the City of North Olmsted within game rooms located in the city. Ordinance No. 94-173 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 94-15 to correct the title of the Sanitary Sewer System Supervisor and to provide for a new salary range, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 94-174 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mr. Lind. An ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted by providing for the removal of `2io Parking" signs on LeBern Drive from Claque Road west to Hawkins Road, and declaring an emergency. 7
