Council Minutes of 3/15/94 LEGISLATION (continued) ~wr~' Resohution No. 94-29 introduced by Mr. Lmd was given its third reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for two (2) 23,000 lb. GVWR chassis (low profile), two (2) super duty dump bodies and hoists, and two (2) 10' power angle snow plows, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. Musial; motion passed unanimously. Resohztion No. 94-29 adopted. Ordinance No. 94-35 introduced by Mrs. Beringer was given its third reading. An ordinance vacating a portion of a water main easement located on property now owned by Hemue Homes, Inc. and designated. as Cinnamon Woods, Phase II, as recorded in Volume 80-0130 page 32 of Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, and fiuther accepting an easement from Hennie Homes, Inc. for an additional water main easement, and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Beringer moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-33 adopted. Ordinance No. 94-43 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An ordinance establishing an imprest petty cash fund within. the Recreation Center complex of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Bahas; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-43 adopted. Ordinance No. 94-10 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1994, as amended. Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mrs. Bahas; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Lind moved far adoption; second by Mrs. Bahas. Roll call: Lind, yes; Bahas, yes; Musial, yes; Nashar, yes; Beringer, yes; Limpert, no. Motion passed with five affirmative votes and one negative vote. Ordinance No. 94-10 adopted. Ordinance No. 94-15 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance establishing rates of compensation for various Administration and Legislative personnel and declaring an emergency, as amended. Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mrs. Bahas; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Bahas. Roll call: Lind, yes; Bahas, yes; Musial, yes; Limpert, no; Nashar, no; Beringer, no. President Boehmer broke the tie vote by voting yes. Motion passed with four affirmative votes and three negative votes. Ordinance No. 94-15 adopted. Ordinance No. 94-30 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its second reading. An ordinance to amend Section 917.02 entitled "Limitations on Wastewater Strength" of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, as amended.
