A resolution <br />authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for two (2) 23,000 lb. <br />GVWR chassis (low profile), two (2) super duty dump bodies and hoists, and two (2) 10' <br />power angle snow plows, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; <br />second by Mr. Musial; motion passed unanimously. Resohztion No. 94-29 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-35 introduced by Mrs. Beringer was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance vacating a portion of a water main easement located on property now owned by <br />Hemue Homes, Inc. and designated. as Cinnamon Woods, Phase II, as recorded in Volume <br />80-0130 page 32 of Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, and fiuther accepting an <br />easement from Hennie Homes, Inc. for an additional water main easement, and declaring <br />an emergency. Mrs. Beringer moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-33 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-43 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />establishing an imprest petty cash fund within. the Recreation Center complex of the City <br />of North Olmsted, Ohio, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; <br />second by Mrs. Bahas; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-43 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-10 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and expenditures for the City of <br />North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1994, as amended. Mr. Lind moved for <br />suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mrs. Bahas; motion passed <br />unanimously. Mr. Lind moved far adoption; second by Mrs. Bahas. Roll call: Lind, yes; <br />Bahas, yes; Musial, yes; Nashar, yes; Beringer, yes; Limpert, no. Motion passed with five <br />affirmative votes and one negative vote. Ordinance No. 94-10 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-15 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing rates of compensation for various Administration and Legislative <br />personnel and declaring an emergency, as amended. Mr. Lind moved for suspension of <br />the rules requiring three readings; second by Mrs. Bahas; motion passed unanimously. <br />Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Bahas.
