A resolution <br />authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and accept bids far the improve- <br />ment of Coe Avenue, a portion of Oak Lane, Palm Drive and Birch Lane as detailed in the <br />specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Saringer; motion passed <br />unanimously. Resolution No. 94-24 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 94-25 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. A resolution <br />authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and accept bids for the improve- <br />ment of MacBeth Avenue and Esther Avenue as detailed in the specifications an file and <br />authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay <br />moved for adoption; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimously. Resolution <br />No. 94-25 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 94-26 introduced by Mayor Boyle and the entire Council was given its <br />third readmg. A resohrtian authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids <br />for construction of the sanitary sewer rehabilitation, Phase F, improvements at various <br />locations in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved <br />for adoption; second by Mr. Lmd; motion passed unanimously. Resohrton No. 9426 <br />adopted. <br />Resolution No. 94-27 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and accept bids for <br />site improvements at the North Ohn~ed Recreation Center (Phase 2) in the City of North <br />Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Bahas moved for adoption; second by Mr. <br />Lind; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 94-27 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-36 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />providing for the issuance and sale of $5,260,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of <br />bonds, for the purpose of im~-roving certain designated streets in the city's street system <br />by grading, draining, widening, reconstructing the pavement base, preparing the surface <br />and surfacing and resurfacing, by constructing, reconstructing, and rehabilitating catch <br />basins, curbs, driveway aprons, sanitary sewers and sanitary sewer service connections, <br />sidewalks, storm sewers and water mains and water service connections and by installing <br />street lighting, together with necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Mr. <br />Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; morion passed unanimously. Ordinance <br />No. 94-36 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-37 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading.
