Ordinance No. 94-37 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-38 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its thnrd reading. An ordinance <br />providing for the issuance and safe of $500,000 notes, in anticipation of the issutmce of <br />bonds, for the purpose of acquir~g an aerial pumper fire truck, together with the <br />necessary equipment and a~urt s thereto, for use in carrying out fractions of the <br />Division of Fire of the Dep t of .Public Safety. Mr. Land moved. for adoption; <br />second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-38 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-39 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />providing for the issuance and sale of $5'70,000 notes, m anticipation of the issuance of <br />bonds, for the purpose of acquiring motor vehicles and equ~~nt for use in carrying out <br />functions of the Department of Public Service. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by <br />Mrs. Bahas; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-39 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-40 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />providing for the issuance and sale of $90,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of <br />bonds, for the purpose of acquiring motor vehicles, inch~ding four pickup trucks and three <br />automobiles, for use in carrying out cixy services and fractions. Mr. Lind m~-ved for <br />adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-40 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-41 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />providing for the issuance and sale of $3,000,000 notes, in anticirpation of the issuance of <br />bonds, for the purpose of improving the rnuncipal sanitary sewer system by constructing, <br />reconstructing, rehabilitating and replacing sanitary sewers and s~itary sewer connections <br />and by improving and equ~ping the Wa~ewater Treatment Plant, together with the <br />necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; <br />second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-41 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-42 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />providing for the issuance and sale of $100,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of <br />bonds, for the purpose of improving the City Administration Complex by renovating, <br />remodeling, rehabilitating and otherwise improving the Town Hall therein and <br />constructing a canopy to cover the fuel pump isand on the site thereof, together with <br />necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; <br />second by Mrs. Bahas; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-42 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-45 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading.
