An ordinance providing for the issuance and safe of $500,000 notes, in anticipation of the issutmce of bonds, for the purpose of acquir~g an aerial pumper fire truck, together with the necessary equipment and a~urt s thereto, for use in carrying out fractions of the Division of Fire of the Dep t of .Public Safety. Mr. Land moved. for adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-38 adopted. Ordinance No. 94-39 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $5'70,000 notes, m anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of acquiring motor vehicles and equ~~nt for use in carrying out functions of the Department of Public Service. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Bahas; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-39 adopted. Ordinance No. 94-40 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $90,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of acquiring motor vehicles, inch~ding four pickup trucks and three automobiles, for use in carrying out cixy services and fractions. Mr. Lind m~-ved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-40 adopted. Ordinance No. 94-41 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $3,000,000 notes, in anticirpation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving the rnuncipal sanitary sewer system by constructing, reconstructing, rehabilitating and replacing sanitary sewers and s~itary sewer connections and by improving and equ~ping the Wa~ewater Treatment Plant, together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-41 adopted. Ordinance No. 94-42 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $100,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving the City Administration Complex by renovating, remodeling, rehabilitating and otherwise improving the Town Hall therein and constructing a canopy to cover the fuel pump isand on the site thereof, together with necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Bahas; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-42 adopted. Ordinance No. 94-45 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading.
