Council Minutes of 11/21/95 <br />Ordinance No. 95-145 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement <br />with Polytech Inc. to provide ~gineering services for an underground sanitary sewage <br />retention system in Claque Park between Beech Lane and Carla Lane, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. McKay moved for ado~-tion; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed <br />unanimously. Mrs. Saringer need that due to some og~rosition by r s, she had <br />investigated similar projects in other cities and was satisfied by the responses. Ordinance <br />No. 95-145 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 95-14b introduced by Mayor Boyle and the entire Council was given its <br />third reading. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the <br />Cuyahoga County General Health District for the year 199b, and declaring an emergency. <br />Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nether; motion passed unanimously. <br />Resohution No. 95-146 adapted. <br />Ordinance No. 95-150 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending the City of North Olmsted Codified Ordinances Section 947.01 <br />entitled `2tules and Regulations," in order to permit the city to enter into a conce~on <br />agreement for the purpose of selling food and beverages in city parks and to permit, <br />through express written perms~on of the city, nonprofit groups or organizations to enter <br />into concession agreements for the purpose of selling food and beverages in city parks for <br />limited special events. <br />Resolution No. 95-152 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. A resohution <br />directing the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to pay to the city of North Olmsted, Olio, <br />during the year 1996, all money due and owing said city from any collection source. <br />Ordinance No. 95-153 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into contracts for the deposit of pubic monies <br />with the institutions designated by Council as depositories for the active and interim <br />account of the city. <br />Resolution No. 95-154 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. A resohrttion <br />accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission and authorizing <br />the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Auditor. Mr. McKay moved <br />for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mr. Musial; motion passed <br />unanimously. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement <br />with Polytech Inc. to provide engineering services for grading, drainage, paving and sewer <br />improvements for Virginia.
