Council Minutes of 10/17/95 <br />Ordinance No. 95-136 introduced by the Mayor and entire Council was given its second <br />reading. An ordinance to transfer and make appropriations for current expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 3 1, 1995. Mr. <br />Lind moved for suspension of the nkle requiring three readings; secand by Mr. McKay; <br />motion passed unanimously. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; <br />motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 95-136 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 95-137 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mr. Lind was given its <br />second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise- far <br />bids for 2,000 tons of stone for various Service Department needs, and authoriz'rag the <br />Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 95-138 introduced by Mr. McKay an behalf of Mr. Lind was given its <br />second reading. A resohrtion authorizing the Director of Pubfic Service to advertise for <br />bids for pulva-mixing on various streets in the City of North Olmsted, as per specifications <br />now on file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution No. 95-139 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mr. Lind was given its <br />second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for <br />bids for cracksealing on various streets in the City of North Olmsted, as per specifications <br />now on file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution No. 95-140 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mr. Lind was given its <br />second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for <br />bids for partial depth concrete joint repair on various streets in the City of North Olmsted, <br />as per specifications now on file int his office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for <br />same and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 95-141 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mr. Lind was given its <br />second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for <br />bids for diesel fuel and gasoline products for use by the City of North Olmsted, as per <br />specifications now on file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 95-142 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. A <br />resolution urging the Olio Legislature to reject House Bill 68, which bill is due for <br />consideration and will, if approved, greatly relax the present prohibition against citizens <br />carrying concealed weapons on their persons. <br /> <br />7 <br />
