Council Minutes of 10/3/95 <br />Ordinance No. 95-117 introduced by Mr. Miller <br />ordnance amendmg Section 741.03 of Chapter 741, <br />Estabfishments," of the Business Regulations Code <br />declaring an emergency, as amended. <br />was given its second reading. An <br />entitled "Deliveries to Commercial <br />of the City of North Olmsted, and <br />Resolution No. 95-124 introduced by the Mayor and entire Council was given its second <br />readmg. A resolution in support of legislation that would provide express statutory <br />authority to establish funds for the purpose of setting asade current fiscal year resources to <br />pay accrued benefits and fiord future capital expenditures, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 95-125 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. A <br />resolution requesting amendment be made to Sub~.ute Senate Bill 188 which allows a tax <br />to be levied on all residents and businesses of Cuyahoga County for the benefit of one <br />area. <br />Ordinance No. 95-127 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An <br />ordnance providing for the issuance and sale of notes, in antic~ation of the issuance of <br />bonds, in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $175,000 for the purpose of <br />providing funds to pay casts of the fEna1 judgment rendered against the city in Civil At~ion <br />Number 1:95CV1109 in the United States District Court for the Northern District of <br />Ohio, Eastern Division, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordnance No. 95-129 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its seed readmg. An <br />ordinance providmg that income generated from fees charged for the rendering of <br />emergency medical services and ambulance transportation by the North Olmsted Fire <br />Department shall be deposited into the Hotel: Motel Tax Fund to be used solely for the <br />purchase and/or retirement of debt far Fire Department equipment, facilities and land. <br />Ordinance No. 95-130 introduced by the Mayor and entire Council was given its second <br />reading. An ordnance amending Section 161.01 (f) of the Administrative Code of the <br />City of North Olmsted, entitled "Payment of Accumulated Sick Leave Credit." <br />Ordinance No. 95-131 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on <br />behalf of Mr. Lind. An ordinance establishing the compensation and benefits to be paid to <br />all part-time hourly employees employed by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Lme, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 95-132 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. Beringer. A <br />resolution accepting for recording purposes only a plat titled `2.ot Split and Assembly for <br />Great Northern Properties Co." in the City of North Olmsted and declaring an emergei-cY• <br />Mrs. Saringer moved for suspen~on of the rule requiring three readings; second by Mr. <br />McKay; motion passed unanimously.
