<br />Council Minutes of 10/3/95 <br />Ordinance No. 95-133 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. Saringer. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the City Engineer to acct and record a plat titled <br />"Lot Split for Great Northern Properties Company" which establishes additional right-of- <br />way for Country Club Boulevard in the City of North Olmsted and declaring an <br />emergency. Mrs. Saringer moved for suspension of the rule requir~g three readu-gs; <br />second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed usly. Mrs. Saringer moved for adoption; <br />second by Mr. Nasltar; motion passed unan~tously. Ordinance No. 95-133 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 95-134 was introduced and placed on first. reading: by Mr. McKay. An <br />ordinance to revise the Codified ces by adopting current replacement pages, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for su~ension of the rules requiring three <br />readings and committee review; second by Mr. Nasltar; motion passed unanimously. Mr. <br />McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 95-134 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 95-135 was introduced and placed on firs reading by Mayor Boyle on <br />behalf of himself and the Mire Council. A re~lution supporting the designation of <br />October as the National Arts and Humanities Month, and declaring an emerge~-cy. Mr. <br />McKay moved for suspension of the Hiles requiring three readffigs and commhtee review; <br />second by Mr. Nashar; motion pasted unanimously. Mr. McI{ay moved for adoption; <br />second by Mr. Nas~har; motion passed unanimously. Resohrtion No. 95-135 adopted. <br />Ordmance No. 95-136 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on <br />behalf of Mr. Lind. An ordinance to transfer and make appropriations for current <br />expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending <br />December 31, 1995. <br />Resolution No. 95-137 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on <br />behalf of Mr. Lmd. A resolution authorizing the Director of Pubfic Service to advertise <br />for bids for 2,000 tons of done for various Service Department needs, and authorizing the <br />Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency <br />Resolution No. 95-138 was introduced and placed on first readmg by Mr. McKay on <br />behalf of Mr. Lind. A resohrtion authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise <br />for bids for pulva-mixing on various streets in the City of North Olmsted, as per <br />specifications now on file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 95-139 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on <br />behalf of Mr. Lmd. A resohrtion authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise <br />for bids for cracksealing on various streets in the City of North Olmsted, as per <br />specifications now on file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same and <br />declaring an emergency. <br /> <br />7 <br />
