Council Minutes of 8/iS/95 <br />Ordinance No. 95-99 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of the Mayor was given its third <br />reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Ohmsted <br />to enter into an agreement with Polytech Inc. to provide engme~r~g services for <br />pavement, drainage and traffic control improvements for Mill Road and portions of Porter <br />Road, Dover Center Road and Lorain Road. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by <br />Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimou~y. Ordinance No. 95-99 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 95-102 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing rates of condensation for various admamistrative personnel and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 95-107 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle on <br />behalf of himself and the entire Council. A resolution recognizing August 26, 1995 as the <br />75th anniversary of women's right to vote, and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Saringer <br />moved to su~end the rules requiring three readings and committee review; second by Mr. <br />Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Mrs. Sarmger moved for adoption; second by Mr. <br />Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Resohution No. 95-107 adopted. <br />Resohution No. 95-108 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />approximately 50,000 gallons of sodium ahuninate for use by the North Olmsted <br />Wastewater Treatment Facilities Plaint, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 95-109 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle on <br />behalf of himself and the entire Council. A resoh~tion supporting the efforts of the Ohio <br />Fire Chiefs' Association, the Ohio Association of Professional Fire Fighters, the Ohio <br />State Fire Fighters' Association and the North Olmsted Fire Fighters Local 1267, <br />International Association of Fire Fighters, to promote and support continued public sector <br />emergency medical service. <br />Resolution No. 95-110 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. A <br />resolution adopting the budget of the City of North Ohmsted for the fiscal year beginning <br />January 1, 1996, and submitting the same to the County Auditor, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 95-111 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance amending Section 1 and Section 3 of Ordinance No. 94-154 entitled "An <br />ordinance establishing rates of co~ensation for various positions to stag' North Olmsted <br />Springvale Golf Course and establish a schedule of benefits and co~ensation to be paid <br />to members of that staff;" and declaring an emergency. <br />1 <br />10 <br />
