Council Minutes of 6/20/95 <br />~, AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION <br />r Mary Lou McGuire Rhinehelder, 22977 Stoneybrook Drive, expressed several concerns <br />about procedures followed by the animal warden. Mr. Grilli recently came to her home <br />with regard to a complaint about the family dog. Mrs. Rhinehelder feels the report was <br />unsubstantiated. Unfortunately, slle and her husband were not home and Mr. Grilli spoke <br />to her 15 year old son. Mrs. Rhmehelder suggested city employees be is~ed photo ID <br />cards and business cards. Also, she feels employees should deal only with the homeowner <br />and should make sure that reports are factual. Mr. Boehmer informed Mrs. Rhinehelder <br />that all city employees are issued photo ID cards. In addition, the animal warden drives a <br />city truck. This matter will be referred to the Service Director. <br />LEGISLATION <br />Resolution No. 95-63 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. A resolution <br />authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 3,000 tons of salt and <br />authorizing the Mayor to contract for same. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by <br />Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 95-63 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 95-68 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance amending Sections 139.01 and 139.02 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />North Olmsted, which establish fees the Police Department may charge for reproducing <br />reports and photographs, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; <br />second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 95-68 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 95-86 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the collection <br />of all solid waste and recycling in the City of North Olmsted, and authorizing the Mayor to <br />contract for same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 95-88 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing health care benefits for non-bargaining employees of the City of <br />North Olmsted and declaring an emergency as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 95-90 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into <br />an agreement with Mrs. Sara White to provide services pertaining to the installation of <br />computer equipment, software and appurtenances at various municipal buildings, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 95-91 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the collection <br />of all sludge pickup at the North Olmsted Wastewater Treatment Plant, and authorizing <br />the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. <br />4 <br />.• RYU~r.>.+uw:~~M~4N.H3hvs?ur,>!W4T%i.
