Council Minutes of 6/20/95 <br />,„,~ Ordinance No. 95-98 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />`~~. ordinance extending the existing Cablevision of the Midwest, Inc. franchise agreement <br />with the City of North Olmsted for a period from July 1, 1995 until November 15, 1995, <br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for suspension of the rules requiring <br />three readings; second by Mr. Miller; motion passed unanimously. Mr. McKay moved for <br />adoption; second by Mr. Miller; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 95-98 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 95-99 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on behalf <br />of the Mayor. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North <br />Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Polytech Inc. to provide engineering services for <br />pavement, drainage and traffic control improvements for Mill Road and portions of Porter <br />Road, Dover Center Road and Lorain Road. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Mr. McKay scheduled a Legislative Committee meeting for 7:30 p.m. on Monday, <br />June 26, to discuss Ordinance 95-93 and Ordinance 95-95. Mr. McKay asked that Mayor <br />Boyle and Service Director Bohlmann attend. <br />Mr. Nashar scheduled a Safety Committee meeting for 7 p.m. on Monday, June 26, to <br />discuss two liquor permits. <br />Mr. Miller moved to excuse the absence of Councilman Lind; second by Mr. McKay; <br />motion passed unanimously. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />Council, President Boehmer adjourned the meeting at 8:55 p.m. <br />..-~ ~~ <br />~. `~--, <br />~~ Barbara L.
