They are building faster than <br />either Berea or North Olmsted, their density is increasing at a <br />very rapid pace while ours is actually declining, the cost of <br />government has increased and the future cost of providing <br />minimal services may well be out of their reach. Non tax <br />expenditures such as home and auto insurance exceeds our <br />community by more than twice the amount and development <br />plans proposed for the Township would cause much more <br />commercialization than the plans offered by the two cities. <br />They are looking at immediate capital needs of in excess of <br />$12 million and operating budgets souring annually by more <br />than $5 million. <br />Our neighbors want more time to think this over and NNayor <br />Trupo and t agree that if wee are to be true to our vaord then <br />we must give them more time. This is a very important <br />decision. The people of Olmsted Township must decide on <br />their type of government and that is one of the most <br />important decisions a person can make. If time is what they <br />want and need then we are more than willing to provide it. <br />We are also offering our resources. If they need information <br />that we have or are able to obtain, we will provide it. <br />We are also respectfully requesting that we be included in <br />their discussions. In fact we are more than writing to become <br />the catalyst for in depth research into the subject. 1Ne will, <br />upon their acceptance, bring the County and other <br />neighboring communities into the effort in hopes at arriving <br />at an acceptable solution. <br />Police <br /> <br />
