Council Minutes of 6/6/95 <br />Resolution No. 95-63 introduced by Mr. Lmd was given its second readmg. A resolution <br />authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 3,000 tons of salt and <br />authorizing the Mayor to contract for same. <br />Ordinance No. 95-68 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending Sections 139.01 and 139.02 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />North Olmsted, which establish fees the Police Department may charge for reproducing <br />reports and photographs, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 95-b9 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An ordinance <br />providing for the issuance and sale of $9,975,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of <br />bonds, for the purpose of improving the municipal sanitary sewer system by constructing, <br />reconstructing, rehabilitating and replacing sanitary sewers and sanitary sewer connections <br />and by improving and equipping the Wa~ewater Treatment Plant, together with the <br />necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto, and declaring an emergency. Mr. <br />McKay moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mr. <br />Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. <br />Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 95-69 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 95-70 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An ordinance <br />providing for the issuance and sale of $7,660,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of <br />bonds, for the purpose of improving certain designated streets in the city's street system, <br />by grading, draining, widening, reconstructing the pavement base, preparing the surface <br />and surfacing and resurfacing, constructing, reconstructing and rehabiktating catch basins, <br />curbs, driveway aprons, sanitary sewers and sanitary sewer service connections, sidewalks, <br />storm sewers and water mains and water service connections and installing street lighting, <br />all where necessary in each case together with necessary appurtenances and work <br />incidental thereto, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for suspension of the <br />rules requiring three readings; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. An ordinance <br />providing for the issuance and sale of $4,100,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of <br />bonds, for the purpose of acquiring Springvale Country Club, including land and the <br />clubhouse, maintenance building and other structures located thereon, fixtures, fiarnishings <br />and equipment, sprinkler, underground drainage and water distnbution systems and related <br />site improvements, all together with the necessary appurtenances thereto, for use as a golf <br />course and recreational and community center, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay <br />moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mr. Limpert; <br />motion passed unanimously.
