Council Minutes of 5/3/95 :.~ Resolution No. 95-14 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. A resolution ~k.. authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise and accept bids for the improvement of Ambour Drive as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. Miller; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 95-14 adopted. Resolution No. 95-15 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its third reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise and accept bids for the improvement of Bretton Ridge Phase 2 as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 95-15 adopted. Resolution No. 95-16 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the improvement of Frank Street as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved fox adoption; second by Mr. Miller; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 95-16 adopted. Resolution No. 95-19 introduced by Mr. Linnpert was given its third reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the improvement of the eastern portion of Sweetbrier Drive as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Limpert moved for adoption; second by Mr. Musial; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 95-19 adopted. Ordinance No. 95-45 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the sale of surplus city owned property located at 25128 Lorain Road and bearing Permanent Parcel Numbers 231-36-006, 231-36-007, 231-36-008, and declaring an emergency as amended. Ordinance No. 95-46 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance establishing the compensation and benefits to be paid to all part-time hourly employees employed by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 95-48 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to submit an application to the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency for the city to participate in the State Transportation Enhancement Program for the construction of mounding and landscaping along a portion of the proposed Crocker Road in North Olmsted, agreeing to share in the project cost, agreeing to the future maintenance of said improvements, and declaring an emergency. 7
