Council Minutes of 3/'7/95 <br />LEGISLATION <br />Ordinance No. 94-174 introduced by Mr. Lmd was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />amending the tra$'ic control file of the City of North Olmsted by providing for the removal <br />of "No Parking" signs on LeBern Drive from Claque Road west to Hawkins Road, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Saringer. Roll <br />call: Lmd, yes; Saringer, yes; Nashar, yes; Mussel, yes; Miller, yes; McKay, yes; Limpert, <br />no. Motion passed with six affirmative votes and one negative vote. Ordinance No. <br />94-174 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 95-10 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into <br />an agreement with Western Reserve Engineering & Surveying Company, Inc., to provide <br />construction observation services for various capital improvement projects, and declaring <br />an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 95-10 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 95-17 introduced by Mayor Boyle and the entire Council was given its <br />third reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids <br />for the construction of the sanitary sewer rehabilitation, Phase G, improvements at various <br />locations in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved <br />for adoption; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 95-17 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 95-18 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into <br />an agreement with Western Reserve Engineering & Surveying Company, Inc., to provide <br />engineering services for the Georgette Avenue relief sewer project, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Miller; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 95-18 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 95-22 introduced by Mr. Miller was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to establish within the Proprietary Fund Group an "Internal Service Fund" of <br />the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 95-25 introduced by Mr. Miller was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending Chapter 941 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted <br />entitled "Refuse Collection" by creating Section 941.04 therein entitled "Placement and <br />Collection of Recyclable Materials" and declaring an emergency as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 95-26 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing Don Copeland to make application on behalf of the <br />City of North Olmsted for Community Development Block Grant funds for the fiscal year <br />1995 (21st year), and declaring an emergency. <br />6 <br />
