Council Minutes of 217/95 Resolution No. 95-6 introduced by Mr. Lmd was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids with an outside contractor for the purpose of providing, on a contract basis, leaf pick-up service throughout the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Ordmance No. 95-7 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second readmg. An ordmance establishing a new and revised Chapter 1321 of the Codified Ordinances entitled "Permit and Inspection Fees" and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 95-10 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Western Reserve Engineering & Surveying Company, Inc., to provide construction observation services for various capital improvement projects, and declaring an emergency.
