Council Minutes of 12/17/96 <br />LEGISLATION <br />Ordinance No. 96-178 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance accepting a sanitary sewer easement located on property owned by Samuel J. <br />and Joan C. Capiccioni and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 231-18-11 Cuyahoga <br />County Maps and Records, said easement shown on Exhibit "C" and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-178 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 96-179 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance accepting a sanitary sewer easement located on property owned by Michael B. <br />and Janice L. Reed and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 231-18-44 Cuyahoga County <br />Maps and Records, said easement shown on Exhibit "C" and declaring an emergency. Mr. <br />McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Musial; motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 96-179 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 96-180 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance accepting a sanitary sewer easement located on property owned by Michael and <br />Gloria Chakirelis and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 231-18-43 Cuyahoga County <br />Maps and Records, said easement shown on Exhibit "C" and declaring an emergency. Mr. <br />McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance <br />No. 96-180 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 96-176 introduced by Mayor Boyle on behalf of himself and the entire <br />Council was given its second reading. An ordinance adopting an investment policy for the <br />City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency as amended. Mr. Lind moved for <br />suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed <br />unanimously. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-176 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 96-181 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to enact a new Chapter 929 entitled "Underground Communications Systems" <br />of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 96-182 introduced by Mr. Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance accepting a storm drainage easement located within Permanent Parcel No. 232- <br />07-005 in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 96-183 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading.
