Mr. Nashar commented that he had spoken to the Americast contractor and was told that the trenching for the cables will go down 24 inches and will not interfere with sprinkling systems. However, if damage should occur, it will be repaired. Also, any damage to lawns or landscaping will be repaired. LEGISLATION Resolution No. 96-164 introduced by Mr. Nashar on behalf of Mr. McKay was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the collection of all refuse in the City of North Olmsted, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 96-165 introduced by Mr. Nashar on behalf of Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An ordinance to amend Section 917.02 entitled "Limitations on Wastewater Strength" of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. Resolution No. 96-166 introduced by Mrs. Saringer on behalf of Mr. Lind was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 5,000 tons of asphalt and tack coating of city streets, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 96-167 introduced by Mr. Musial on behalf of Mr. Lind was given its ` second reading. An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1996. Resolution No. 96-168 introduced by Mr. Musial was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing accepting for recording purpose only the Beaumont Place subdivision plat in the City of North Olmsted and declaring an emergency. Mr. Musial moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Musial moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 96-168 adopted. Ordinance No. 96-169 introduced by Mr. Musial on behalf of Mr. O'Grady was given its second reading. An ordinance to revise the Codified Ordinances by adopting current replacement pages and declaring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review; second by Mr. Musial; motion passed unanimously.
