Council Minutes of 9/3/96 <br />:; LEGISLATION <br />Ordinance No. 96-107 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance accepting for dedication as part of the right-of--way along Mill Road certain <br />property owned by Water Tower Square Limited Partnership, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. Musial moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-107 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 96-108 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into various <br />agreements with Angelo and Denise Papotto, Jr.; Ida Juhasz; Dominic and Angela <br />Pishnery; and Alan R. and Pauline Kaserman, to purchase and/or to exchange property, all <br />in connection with the improvement of Mill Road, and declaring an emergency. Mr. <br />McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance <br />No. 96-108 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 96-113 introduced by Mr. Musial was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance accepting for dedication the Barton Oaks subdivision which includes Jacqueline <br />Lane in the City of North Olmsted. Mr. Musial moved for adoption; second by Mr. <br />McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-113 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 96-88 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading as <br />amended. An ordinance renewing the non-exclusive franchise agreement between the City <br />of North Olmsted and Cablevision Systems Corporation, granting it the right to construct, <br />operate and maintain a cable system for the purpose of transmitting, receiving, amplifying <br />and distributing analog and digital, television, radio, data signals and for any other purpose <br />permitted by law by the City of North Olsmted for a fifteen (15) year period, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 96-115 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance accepting a traffic control equipment easement located on property owned by <br />Joseph T. and Marilyn C. Malicki and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 235-29-01 by <br />Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, said easement shown on Exhibit "B" and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 96-117 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance accepting a traffic control equipment easement located on property owned by <br />Great Northern Shopping Center and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 235-27-1 <br />Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, said easement shown on Exhibit "B" and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 96-124 introduced by Mr. Lind on behalf of Mayor Boyle was given its <br />second reading. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to <br />enter into an agreement with JAT Associates, Inc., to provide architectural and <br />engineering services for the addition to the North Olmsted Police Station project, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />4 <br />
