<br />Ordinance No. 96-125 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An
<br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate principal
<br />amount of $16,350,000 for the purpose of improving the city's sanitary sewer system and
<br />its functions by constructing, reconstructing, rehabilitating and replacing sanitary sewers,
<br />sanitary sewer connections and pumping and retention facilities, by improving and
<br />equipping the Wastewater Treatment Plant and by constructing and reconstructing storm
<br />sewers and other storm water drainage facilities and improvements to control and limit the
<br />volume of storm water entering or otherwise affecting the sanitary sewerage system,
<br />together in all cases with any necessary appurtenances and the performance of any
<br />incidental work.
<br />Ordinance No. 96-126 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An
<br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate principal
<br />amount of $7,840,000 for the purpose of improving certain designated streets in the city's
<br />street system by grading, draining, widening, reconstructing the pavement base, preparing
<br />the surface and surfacing and resurfacing, constructing, reconstructing and rehabilitating
<br />catch basins, curbs, driveway aprons, manholes, sanitary sewers and sanitary sewer service
<br />connections, sidewalks, storm sewers and water mains and water service connections and
<br />installing street lighting, all where necessary, in each case together with the necessary
<br />appurtenances and work incidental thereto.
<br />Ordinance No. 96-127 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An
<br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate principal
<br />amount of $4,200,000 for the purpose of acquiring Springvale Country Club, including
<br />land and the clubhouse, maintenance building and other structures located thereon,
<br />fixtures, furnishings and equipment, sprinkler, underground drainage and water
<br />distribution systems and related site improvements, all together with the necessary
<br />appurtenances thereto, for use as a golf course and recreational and community center.
<br />Ordinance No. 96-128 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An
<br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate principal
<br />amount of $3,920,000 for the purpose of improving certain designated streets in the city's
<br />street system by grading, draining, reconstructing the pavement base, preparing the
<br />surface and surfacing and resurfacing, constructing, reconstructing and rehabilitating catch
<br />basins, curbs, driveway aprons, sanitary sewers and sanitary sewer service connections,
<br />sidewalks, storm sewers and water mains and water service connections and installing
<br />street lighting, all where necessary, in each case together with the necessary appurtenances
<br />and work incidental thereto.
<br />Ordinance No. 96-129 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An
<br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate principal
<br />amount of $3,440,000 for the purpose of constructing, furnishing and equipping a fire
<br />station and acquiring, preparing, improving and equipping its site.
