Council Minutes of 9/3/96 „~ renovating, remodeling, rehabilitating and otherwise improving the Town Hall, remodeling, furnishing and equipping the City Hall, improving the electrical system serving the complex and installing aback-up electrical system for the city's computer, telephone and emergency lighting systems and constructing a canopy to cover the fuel pump island on the site thereof, together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Ordinance No. 96-136 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $355,000 for the purpose of acquiring and installing computer equipment, including networking hardware and software, personal computer work stations, printers, software and cables, together with the necessary appurtenances thereto. Ordinance No. 96-137 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $260,000 for the purpose of improving the city's storm water drainage system by rehabilitating and improving an existing storm water culvert located under south Barton Road approximately 1,700 feet south of Lorain Road, related underground storm water retention basins and related open storm water drainage ditches and acquiring interests in real estate therefor, together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Ordinance No. 96-138 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $205,000 for the purpose of constructing, furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving an addition to the city's Police Station and preparing and improving the site thereof. Ordinance No. 96-139 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $105,00 for the purpose of acquiring and installing computerized telecommunications equipment for use at city facilities. Ordinance No. 96-140 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $150,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of acquiring and equipping an emergency rescue vehicle for use in carrying out functions of the Division of Fire of the Department of Public Safety, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 96-143 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for Phase H sanitary sewer rehabilitation at various locations in the City of North Olmsted as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. 7 .~~ I
